領獎方式及規定

關懷中心近日將以電子郵件通知中獎人相關領獎事宜。Winners will receive an email from the Counseling Center with details about claiming their prizes.
得獎人須出示員工識別證與身分相關證明文件以供核實。Winners must present an employee ID and valid identification for verification.
各獎項須由本人至關懷中心領獎並簽收，無法提供郵寄。Prizes must be collected in person at the Counseling Center and signed for. No mailing service is available.
若因資料填寫不完整或錯誤導致無法通知，2025/11/28日前未主動認領獎項者，視同放棄中獎資格。If incomplete/incorrect personal information prevents notification, or if prizes are not collected by November 28, 2025, eligibility will be forfeited.
依中華民國稅法規定，中獎人如為中華民國境內居住之個人，依中獎獎項市價併個人所得稅額申報；如非屬中華民國境內居住之個人，則應按中獎獎項市價扣取20%稅金，十日內繳納稅金始得領獎。 According to Taiwan’s Income Tax Act: *Residents of Taiwan must declare the market value of prizes as taxable income. *Non-residents will be subject to a 20% withholding tax, payable within 10 days before claiming the prize.
